Artist Statement

As a fashion design artist, I like streetwear clothes and Stussy is one of my favorite streetwear brands that has been inspirational to me. For my cloth design, I focus mainly on using Adobe Illustrator and Procreate. The theme of this series of Cloud design T-shirts is nature. Because of the pandemic that is going on around the world, I hope this series of designs can bring some fresh feelings of nature while you staying home.

Siyu Liao is a young design artist who was born in 2001 in Urumqi, China. His designs and artworks have been influenced by Katsushika Hokusai and Japanese anime. Among all the design categories, Siyu is most passionate about fashion design, specifically out design rather than internal structure. A couple of his great artworks are the shirt designs of his brand Cloud.
